Why does it have to be horizontal? 1:11
@BikeSession
@BikeSession 4 күн бұрын
Horizontal tends to feel more stable visually due to a broader base. Vertical might show slightly more motion, especially with chest movements during climbs or descents.

Appreciate the review. I'm about to drop to 155 on my road bike soon. The "I feel like my bike became smaller" is interesting since that is the feel I'm going for. When you said you feel less power on hills, is that from spinning or standing up and pedaling?
@BikeSession
@BikeSession Ай бұрын
I also ride a road bike and recently switched from a 170mm to a 165mm crank. The change feels much more comfortable, especially on rides over 100km. On my MTB, however, the shorter crank feels less powerful on uphill climbs since I need to spin more. With the 170mm crank, I could overtake my friends on climbs, but with the 155mm, I find it more comfortable, especially when standing up on technical uphill sections.

They provide helmets and other safety gears while renting cycles there , ? Please reply
@BikeSession
@BikeSession 5 ай бұрын
@@rakulnarayanasamy812 Yes, there are bikes available for rent, but I recommend not using them on the trail. For hygiene reasons, it’s advisable to bring your own helmet and safety gear, as I’m not sure if they are available for rent at the shop.
