Unfortunately David the engineer and creator of the Shockwave system retired last year.He sent out a link to all of his customers for someone who is making a comparable sound system.If I can find it,I will post it here for you.Thanks,Todd

@@datvik7187 Depends on flight pack size and how aggressive you fly.Me using two 6000mah packs flying moderate scale,I can safely get 7-8 minutes.

Hello, beautiful heli! May I ask if you reversed the rotation of the Trex mechanics? Also what length main blades are you using? I am currently researching so as to build one. Cheers!

Yes I reversed the rotation by flipping the one way bearing and reversing motor.Blades are Roban 700 size blades that are 600mm.I am also using longer tail blades to help counteract the inertia if a 5 blade head.Hope this helps!

Align 700.It was my 3d heli for years so I knew they were tough mechanics.I retired them into the MD.

I believe from what I remember,the Constellation seemed a bit tighter and had to back off the air some.Sound was more focused and not as wide.Problem with comparing is changing the mouthpiece to match the horn would change that.

I am using the AR7200bx.The mechanics are a Trex 700e.I flew it 3d for 7 years before I decided to give it a life of ease in the MD500 lol

What isn't dialing in on the 7210?Its basically the same unit.I also use Ikon FBL on several other helis.I like them more than the 7200's.They are blue tooth so I can do set up or make adjustments with phone or laptop without having to access any wiring.

@@todddemaria9600 My trex was flying perfectly on a different FBL, then I switched to this one, the tail I cant get right, I lower the gain enough to keep it from wagging so bad, now it wont hold solid when punching the throttle.. Also the cyclic, isnt solid and it doesnt feel very responsive. trying to research what else to do other than the 3 dials?

Sounds like you should try a different fbl.Other than mechanical and fbl gain,I dont know what else you would need to change if it was flying good before.

The fuselage is Roban from Motion RC.The mechanics are Phoenix Tech from Motion RC. Phoenix Tech is almost like Align helicopters.

Hey Terrence!Got the pilot at warbirdpilot.com.They have civilian and military pilots.I believe this one was 1/8 scale.As far as the windshield,I didn't really polish it.Just used Maguire's detailer and a micro fiber cloth on the entire bird.

Right on. It looks really good. I have built the black, white and red version. I’m thinking about making some Trump emblems to give it a controversial livery. I too use Adam Martin’s pilots in mine, but yours look more size appropriate.

Hello! I have the same heli exactly I almost lost it because the tail metal gears in the 45 degree part of the tail got completely worn out after 25 flight that they slipped. How do you protect your from wear?

Hi Boris.That is not my heli.It belongs to a friend.Im not sure what he uses if anything.I know on all my metal tail gears,I will occasionally brush some synthetic or lithium bearing grease onto the gears.I have a 3 year old MD500 with at least 200 flights and tail gears are not worn.Hope this helps.

How different is on size and features compared to the 800 model?

The 800 is a super scale with cockpit and many more added details included.The 800 is much larger.This 600 was just the fuselage so I had to build it like I wanted it.

William,I used the Phoenixtech 600.I was commissioned to build this for a friend and he had everything needed to build.He got out of the hobby and since I had possession he made me an offer I couldn't refuse.I would prefer to have used Align mechanics but am quite impressed with these.

@@ilkesmets2899 Mine came from Motion Rc but Im sure its the same one.Stretched 550 will fit fine because of the 600 boom.As always the will be some customization mounting the mechanics.

You did paint the nose of your chopper to high in the bottom of the wind shields. Look's weird.

I didn't paint anything on the outside.Its probably the angle and the glare throwing the perspective off.This kit comes pre painted.

The preformed windshields have the white trim around them adding to the white color of the nose.
