Being a Prado owner, I'm really excited to see what the new look will be for your Prado. (And to make a checklist of what I'm going to do with mine)😁. Love your products and the technology that goes into making them. Cheers

We met "Mr Kaon" at a camping trip to Brooloo park, when he was just beginning the Prado product development journey, wonderful stuff to see that his vision has grown into an outstanding local engineering success story. The prado is indeed a great platform to build on, we loved our 120 Prado and had has great memories from our travels.

Enjoyable video. 2019 GX here with Kaon; - barrier -shelf -recovery points -shift lock release -rear spare tyres spacer -sump plug and tool I have a lift so now looking at the panard correction bracket Will be following the build with interest. Have you got your name down for the new Prado? Would be great to get your hands on one so you can develop gear early in its life cycle Cheers

Thanks so much for the ongoing support! The Panhard Corrector is one we're really passionate about. We do have our name down, but we're in the queue with everyone else! That's the plan ;)

Guys, the answer to your problem is easy, and you will have change left over. Sell the Van and the Car. Buy a Iveco C50 Van, these things are huge, good strong diesel and I believe you can have a 4.4 mtr interior, high roof long wheelbase. With swival seats you will have more room than your van. You can turn these things into a little apartment. Put a diff lock in the rear and you will pretty much go anywhere. Then buy a 7x5 waterproof duel axel Tradesman covered trailer. In here you can put a 200ltr water storage, 200ltr deisel storage, all your tools and water whatever else you need. 12 Volt and 240 Volt in the van is easy these days. You will have at lease 2,000ks of range, plenty of water to do what you want.

Sounds like one hell of a build! 😄 We'll no doubt do others in future, but for this one it felt right to inject love back into the car that helped start the business we have today. 😉

I will be following along as we have purchased a Prado last year and already have some of your accessories. We have yet to select a pod style trailer or set the Prado up for towing so we will keep an eye out for your series. For our Prado we used one of your battery fuse holders for our Redarc BCDC as there is plenty of room on top of the battery, just had to flatten out the bent side bits. Perhaps you could make for a Redarc BCDC and sell it as such. How has the trailer stood up over time, and problems. It looks nice a low to fit in a garage, may look into one. Glad you are redoing this model not the next one, and hope you design some new gear that we can use. A good read bumper and tow bar assy would be nice
@KAONaust2 сағат бұрын
That's awesome to hear, glad we've been able to help kit you out so far. Will pass the BCDC feedback on to the team too. Hopefully you get something out of the series, we've thrown our all at it so far!

I’ve got a Glacier White 2016 Toyota Landcruiser Prado GXL Diesel with an ARB Bullbar. Only mods I’ve done to mine so far are the Kaon Tow Points on the front which you guys installed for me in January. I’m keen to see how your rebuild goes and see what you fit to it.

It was nice to reflect on not just what it's done for us over the years but also where it's taken us. The wheels were picked up secondhand with a set of tyres - absolute steal! ;)

Shame these are so expensive.35 bucks for the tool and the nee pkug couldnt afford the 70 dollars so going to local mechanic to see if they can help first. Happy to pay 35 for the new plug but 35 for the tool is extortion

Bit mystified why you’d got to all the trouble and expense to lift your vehicle for better clearance to then lose 30-50% of that gained clearance with a diff drop?? Even with the potential for cv binding at full droop it seems wasteful, especially as 90% of people that lift their Prado/ifs vehicle don’t go wheeling hard enough to test the droop.
@jasonrobbins69727 күн бұрын
Would this antenna mount bracket fit the 120 series prado.

Sorry Jason, afraid not - but we do have other antenna mounting brackets that suit the 120.

For your kind information, You already have 5.46k subscribers which is a big number. Your content is just wow and video editing is perfect, But the main reason the video goes viral is video SEO and Organic Promotion of your video's targeted audience. Your channel views are very low. Because your SEO score is Low. Your video needs to be on-page SEO and Off-page SEO. Then you can see good results day by day And get lots of subscribers and views. Can I share?

Hey Harry, you nailed it - the exquisite execution and implementation of refined engineering design that simply works perfectly every time right out of the box! And bonus - designed and manufactured in Australia by an Australian family business that also like to get out and use the products they make. Clearly they take their fun very seriously! Frankly, I'm surprised Toyota haven't (yet) partnered with them to manufacture 'official' Toyota accessories for a world wide market.
