I had the absolute pleasure of touring this house, a couple years back; at the time the architect/homeowner with a vast knowledge of historic preservation, was working on the house; all I can say, is whoever is fortunate enough to live in this house will be blessed because his attention to detail was impeccable.

I am 33 all the ppl that have moved up here sense 2020 has made it really hard for locals be able to afford a house people keep moving up here making more houses. N buying houses n trying to sell them for to much. Personally I love it here I’ll never move.

Yes sadly there has bin some events but I feel as a local to Burlington we as a community together can build over time a fix to this problem but sadly not all life changing things can be made right away there needs to be plans I feel over time Burlington will go back to its calm and peaceful town it once was and also feel a step to start with would be working on housing i my self have asked friends who have ended up homeless about it and most say there’s not enough affordable living I feel as a community we should be ready to expand and instead of leaving people out in the dust we accept them with warm welcoming hands to the green mountain state

It has been my experience the top portion of Church Street isn't usually as busy as the middle. The day shot, I remember being a pretty bustling day. The night shot was on Tuesday evening.

As a Vermonter, here’s my ratings. Church street Marketplace: 7/10, pretty nice stuff, Ben and Jerry’s nearby with lots of shops, so painfully crowded though, haven’t been much so can’t rate much higher/lower. Colchester bike trail: 5/10, not much of a biking fan but my family wanted to. A hellish amount of bugs, so bring bug spray. Best in summer, ferry that goes to an ice cream place on an island, about an 1-2 hour ride. Recommended for bikers, but for couch potatoes it’s not my favorite.
