Tup TF2 it’s a welcome song for chiefs, Ts’inin Simoogit literally means come in chief. To show all spectators and honoured guests the chiefs that will be witnessing the event.

Victor Abel i heard their narrator mention it’s about the oolichan run, and as they pass the spring salmon on their way up the Nass River. I presume the two kids represent oolichan, and the chief a mighty salmon. But that parts my interpretation.
