Alright so what the lady was gonna say at the hashira meeting was without exception they will die because if one manifests the mark they will die by the age of 25 but if your above that age and then manifest the mark you will die that same day,the reason why yorrichi (the strongest demon slayer that almost killed muzan) didn’t die because of the mark, is because he was born with the mark hope this helps!

One of the more notable things is that if Rudy didn't come here, Roxy probably would've died and that would've been one of the regrets the man god was talking about. & if they didn't take that teleportation circle even if he got there naturally in the one year timespan - Roxy would've probably died.

Finally an episode, btw they didn't show how much of a bad condition Roxy was. She has been fighting for weeks and was starving she couldn't eat monster's meat cause it was poisonous, she lost weight, was dirty, physically and mentally exhausted. She started to think that Paul and others died and nobody was gonna save her, she almost lost her mind and went psych, Roxy was teleporting between labyrinth's levels and got even further stuck in it where the unlimited monsters spawned.(she has limited mana, she doesn't possesses Laplace Factor like Rudeus and sylphie) anime only showed us the final moments of her suffering and despair.

Apparently the animators had to edit the Kuma scene and tone it down because the original cut was too much. My guess would be because it's violence against a child.
