Can I install an S10 battery on the S10e?

The s10e is smaller than the s10 by I think a quarter of an inch. The size difference outside results in a shorter motherboard, so probably not unfortunately. Usually my parts provider nests parts together that work on either device. Such as the iPhone 8 screen, which works also with the iPhone SE 2020. They have the s10 battery and s10e battery though listed in separate categories. So the size of the battery likely is too large for the s10e. I think they use the same connector for all the s10 series phones.

Thank you for your comment. From my experience, disconnecting the screen prevents damage. I have left the screen on in the past and ended up with the screen getting smoke damage. Other times I have had pieces of glass fall into the phone and get caught behind a shield, damaging the screen with a pressure spot. I have also heard of some people getting smoke damage to the camera, though I have never experienced that before. Nevertheless, because of these issues, I always remove the screen and disconnect the battery. But also, that is all I have seen to be necessary. I have never found it necessary to completely disassemble the phone before doing a back glass replacement, just the screen.

Thanks for the videos! I'm trying to fix my granddaughters Amazon Tablet, it is stuck on the Amazon logo at start up. I've tried everything, nothing works to fix it. But, there is a video regarding ADB (Android Debugging Bridge). I loaded and set up the app, I have the BIN file needed for fixing, but cannot get ADB in the Command Prompt to see the Amazon Tablet/Device. I'm assuming it's because "USB Debugging" is not activated on the tablet, but I can't activate it because the tablet is frozen :( Any advice? Thanks for your help!

that's a real tough one ya got there! Usually you would use the volume and power buttons to get into the startup menu that would allow you to put the tablet into debugging mode. If you can't get into that menu, you're stuck. Use this search string in Google. (I saw some potential videos that might help ya): "amazon fire tablet stuck on boot screen" Though sounds like you already may have tried that. I would also recommend back tracking on what may have caused the issue. Find out if if your granddaughter dropped it, or exposed it to some kind of liquid. If it did receive some kind of damage, no amount of software debugging will solve the problem unfortunately Thank you for commenting on my video! My channel is only a couple months old. You're literally the first person that has commented on a video of mine.
