Great review thanks it helped me pick this spot. Question are you familiar with interstate 81 to US 211? If so, is this a white knuckle road or do you recommend another way off of 81. Thank you I appreciate it. Or is 66 to 340 better? Thanks for the insight

They still run the shuttle. $13.00/ person. There is 5 of us going. That is a $65.00 bill. Parking at the park is $30.00, but for $45.00 you get prefered parking. So it is cheaper to take our car

We love this park. The play they do in the summers in that theater along the shore is really good if you ever are in town while it is playing. We actually have never been in the visitor's center before. It was closed both times we have been to the park. Miles is a Junior Ranger! Congrats to him. Thanks for sharing the Lost Colony with us!

Just stayed here last month. It was a really good option for our party of 6. Close to disney property. On our off days from the parks we were able to cook. Everyone had their own space. It was a fun time.

So Cool about DCP!!! Our youngest son, Noel has always said he wants to try it but still has some time ahead as he's just turned 16..lol We've seen quite a few people's opinions on it and most, if not all has had positive thoughts so ww shall see what the future holds.
