What settings did you use for the individual pictures and then for the group? (i.e how did you get everyone in focus and it not affecting the overall look to the photos?

Nikon D750 or D610, find them on used market and save money. No need to spend thousands when your learning.

Someone posted in another short that per, the cap, the tip goes in the back. True OR False HER COMMENTS ARE DISABLED ON ALL OF HER DOZENS OF POST. My daughter walks today. So, that was SHOCKING TO ME.

What do you do if the husband doesn't really smile, like if he looks super tense and the wife is smiling like a model?
@esquared.photographyАй бұрын
We try our hardest to crack jokes or sarcastic comments to get him to smile. Sometimes we struggle with that!

One of my favorite family poses is to have the kids sitting in the foreground looking at the camera, and the parents slightly out of focus throwing leaves, acting silly, etc.

A over loud mom. The 3 yr old wouldn’t sit and I was getting her comfy , chit chat but the mom kept over talking me. Suggesting other things. How can I turn that around or ask her to leave for this part ?
@esquared.photographyАй бұрын
Oh yikes! That’s a tough one. We would hope that she would eventually calm down and trust us. You could start the session with telling parents you have tricks up your sleeve and to let you do your thing.

Hi! I’ve been watching y’all’s videos for a while now! I’m a beginner photographer learning how to work manual mode (ISO/shutter speed/aperture) my biggest challenge at the moment is finding the right balance between aperture and shutter speed to capture crisp images with the correct lighting.

Thanks for this! The focus tips with pairing of aperture was like a lightbulb moment, my biggest worry is not having everyone in focus in group poses. Thanks again!

Great posing ideas. In Alaska I do a lot of beach, senior photos. But with the sun light being pretty much all day in Alaska what would you suggest? Because there’s no or filtered light on the beach. It’s just wide open space. Thank you.
