Idea...open a rehab, so many are built on 12steps or religious. A no bs military style approach without all the god stuff might work for alot of people.

Thank you Ollie for all your awareness created for such a passionate reason to look into a more positive life especially for those like myself that had an addictive personality that of which I hear for you too it simply wouldn't be one casual drink. Dean too just a honest account which also like many of us we will truly understand and connect with. Thank you Dean I feel your journey too. Positive vibes set and appreciated, thanks guys. Love and gratitude 🙏❤

Gregor and his team at SGB have been restoring a 718K for me for the last year or so. They are masters of the arcane art of Pinz restoration and great to work with. Hope to have mine by this summer!

Thankyou guys for your great conversation I've lived in the Netherlands the last 10 years I grew up in England (my father is English and my mums Dutch )but I feel English nothing about me is Dutch I felt lost and often drank to much it made me weak luckily oneday I realized I don't have to pretend to be Dutch I don't have to fit in I'm proud to be English and to have honour and stick with my mates and I don't feel that here In the Netherlands they don't have that camaraderie or humour I miss that greatly and I still try to find that in people.

Ollie you are like a planet orbiting my life, 2019 I took a leap of faith and did Prime Evo and all 3 of the BP courses that year. I am now in the space of really wanting to give up drinking, I know your story about it this has come once again at exactly the right time, thank you

Is it possible to covert this unit into a left hand drive? Seem to never be able to find this unit in a LHD. Well, disregard this. I looked at SBG, and it is possible however there website is absolutely useless! No prices on anything, they say they re-sell pinzgauers but nothing listed. Seems like a waste of money a customer time to even have a website.

alcoholism isn't a habit, it's an addiction to a very addictive toxic substance. the drinking of alcohol has just been normalised over 100s of years. drinking poison water isn't normal, it's weird.

Awesome vehicle! Good luck on the project. I have a 1988 Pinzgauer 718K completely overhauled and turned into a camper by the original factory in Graz, Austria. Including upgraded transmission and turbo diesel engine. It drives fantastic. Even at 120km/h on the motorway.

Absolutely connected with this whole journey. Well done Dean for coming through the other side. I watched this twice and love hearing the successful outcome to your journey too. For me my trigger point was being abused as a child I became the person I never chose to be. Throughout my life I was on a journey of pure destruction from drug abuse to prison. Aggression was my friend my release along with drugs throughout the 90s even in prison even worse on release from jail then the final straw alcohol after the tragic loss of my mother. Alcohol became my medicine to mask all my traumatic events in my life which once again along with drugs I half heartedly attempted to take my own life January 13th 2.45am. Was only when I'm sitting in resuscitation unit in hospital almost ended up beside my mother in the mortuary I knew that was not my time. This is why I'm doing the 10k as it's 3 years to the day I almost lost my life to alcohol as the saying goes "Drinking yourself to death" Every new years eve for the last 3 years I would drink to escape my tormented mind I would smash things up cry argue with people. This year no drink I have had my awakening to this beautiful experience called life and my one shot of this beautiful experience I intend to show I can be the person I was meant to be not the tormented soul which I become due to my childhood trauma. Thank you Dean sincerely for sharing such a heartfelt story here as this is what many people need to hear and that there is light at the end of everyone's tunnel you just have to reach out and find that strength. Well done also Ollie here too for bringing this all to the forefront as I also connected deeply with all this. May this beautiful world it's energy deliver strength and positivity for you all and keep that light bright to resonate as this has done here. See you guys on the 28th. Never run a 10k last time I run was 1996 from the serious crime squad and got caught then.... I'm doing this in memory of my beautiful angel my mother which her anniversary is 31st December. God the universe is smiling. Love you guys and thank you. 🙏😊
