A beautiful cat & your indoor preparation is excellent. But my heart breaks that you plan to let him go outside. That's dangerous for kitties these days. 😢

Thank you, and I understand your concern. We are blessed to live in a relatively quiet area so believe the risk is worth his enjoyment, he really does love the outdoors and restricting him was never our intention with adoption, we dream and strive to give him his best life 😸

I'm not going to lie, I got kinda worried there... so thanks for showing that you picked up the packaging 😇 Always annoys me when you see videos of people throwing stuff everywhere and not cleaning it up. And the camera looks great! Very slick, very decent. Bet you will get great use out of it!

Yep, nicely summed up. I've had one for years and the results are great. Couldn't run to the Sports version but have used the 'C' lens in wet conditions without any problems... yet! The one negative would be the OS system which, to me, seems average at best. I use it with the Nikon D810 with good effect and also on the Nikon D500 with less good results but the D500 being a crop sensor camera you do get the extra reach, 225-900mm.

Nice one Toby, nice to get a tour of Rutland water. Incidentally I only live about 40 miles from Rutland but have never been down there to photograph the Ospreys. I did however photograph my first Ospreys in Aberdeenshire this year and its a place I will also be heading back too! 👌👌👍👍

I'm returning to the realm of looking at the world through a lens after a huge hiatus, after watching both your 250D and 7D videos, you helped me realize sooner, rather than later - I'm going to end up with multiple cameras.. not only that, but also which one to get first and in my case, it will be the 250D! Thank you.

Interesting vid about osprey watching/photography. I have a Canon 7DMk2 & Sigma 150-600mm C lens which equates to 240mm - 960mm (with a 1.6x crop). 'Fun fact' if you add a 1.4x teleconveter to this setup you'll get 336mm - 1344mm which is great but on the flipside the equivilant aperture will be f11.2 - f14.1. Horses for courses as they say!📷🙂

Super chill 4:30 am video. I recently got my left arm half sleeved, and since I live in the desert I haven’t been able to go outside and do much photography. There are some big horned sheep that come down to graze the valleys up on the Mesa in a couple weeks and they make great photos, I should be nice and healed by then to go out my Tamron 150-600mm I’m super excited.

Great video, need to go to Rutland. I really enjoy car camping too, I drove my Mini Cooper to Albania and back and I slept in it most of the way down. Just push the seat down, lock the doors and sleep away! Good times. Get yourself to Skomer Island in Wales for puffins, this year there were approx. 42,000. I spent 3 days on the Island last year and had a blast. I came away with loads of photos, still yet to edit them all/ You also have Bempton Cliffs in Yorkshire which is cool, where I first saw them. You'll never forget your first puffin. Also, there's Lunga off the Isle Of Mull, I went this year and it didnt dissapoint, I never get bored of puffins. Hope you get to see them next year - they've all gone back out to sea now, you might see the odd one or two, but best time to view is April > July when they're flying back to nesting sites.

@@TobyWoodPhoto No probs, they're quite affordable to get on any used camera platform and go for around 400-600$, and you could probably rent it aswell.
