Hey PME or anyone i'm someone who has recently gotten REALLY into volleyball and i used to be a soccer player. I really want to start playing volleyball for fun maybe for college or something im currently a sophomore in highschool. Issue is my parent's aren't in the financial position to get me classes or anything and I generally do not know how to play at all im completely new to the sport. My school does not have a team and I have no friends that want to play volleyball with me and I can't really join a team due to my skill and financial position. I really want to learn how to do many things (basics and stuff liket that) but my house is very small with low ceilings and not much room what I do is mainly go outside in my small backyard and just repeatedly throw the ball up and try to aim my receives/passes, I also practice my spiking form (not that good), and I also have been trying to get my serve down. I really do not know what to do there aren't many volleyball gyms around me but I'm very scared to go by myself as I suck and I am just stuck on what to do. Your videos have been really useful to teach me many of things I want to learn but obviously I really have reached a point where I am just repeating the same few exercises and I am just completely lost and confused. I WOULD REALLY APPRECIATE ADVICE FROM YOU COACH DONNY OR FROM ANYONE THATS WILLING TO HELP. Thank you so much!

7:30 was me i’m about 5’6 in that clip with a 48 inch peaked vertical maybe about 44 in that 😅

I’m 5’5 with 32 inch vertical and the tape is at my forehead. No way your vertical is 48 inches your full head should be above the net

My standing reach is. 7ft 2.5inches, it’s just that for 44 inches, added to your height the top of your head should be at 284cm, which means at least your head above the 243cm net no? Yes you don’t reach peak in block but the difference is just too large to just brush away. Like still impressive but you kinda tooting your own horn with those inflated ass numbers 🤷♂️ unless you have some footage of u touching 10’7 only then would I believe
