I figured out how to fix this guys. I’m gonna comment this on multiple videos, but basically all you have to do is go to settings go to privacy and security, then go to location services and scroll all the way down to system services and then press that and then press significant location and then able to tell you the locations that you can go to to use your Face ID because basically your Face ID is not gonna work on if it’s not in normal location, which is a location like your house. Then after that it should work after that if not immediately give it about a hour and just turn off the protection thing so it doesn’t happen again.

Just only use website. The app store (even on desktop) just doesn't work. I am so happy I don't need to work with Apple normally! I would rate Apple a 1/5 atm. All of this because I had to build for iOS and cause I needed xcode which needs apple id (which now called apple account) and then safari messes up my code as well which cost me 2 hours to find the error....
