An easy ideal chilli sauce. Buy Ayamas bottle chilli sauce. Pour out everything into the bowl. Chop or blender finely generous amount of young ginger, few tablespoons of fried garlic oil (the denser the better), salt to taste, calamansi juice (2 tbsp) optional & sugar 2 tbsp or to taste. Rebottled back chilli sauce and put to fridge. (1 week or 2 no problem)
