Chop or blender finely generous amount of young ginger, few tablespoons of fried garlic oil (the denser the better), salt to taste, calamansi juice (2 tbsp) optional & sugar 2 tbsp or to taste. Rebottled back chilli sauce and put to fridge. (1 week or 2 no problem)
