how I suffered with the setup of this microphone! nothing helped. "Cannot find the HID device" tried different ports, on two of my laptops, different cables... The solution is simple! Go to "Settings", then to "Bluetooth and Other Devices". Find the microphone there in the list of devices (how did it get there?!), plug the cable - PROFIT! that's how simple it is.

Thank You. My mic suddenly stopped working with Virtual DJ and I had no idea why and tried everything else under the sun that you can google and research and nothing worked. I thought maybe if I followed these steps I would get the same results. I have a Snowball and a Yeti but I had never bothered downloading Sherpa but guess what... I downloaded it and followed your steps and everything is fixed! Hopefully it stays that way!

the software constantly goes back to zero gain and I cant switch my polar pattern on the app either.

Believe it or not, I actually thought about doing a blindfolded speedrun of this game, but... there's no way to know what Mini games you get, which practically makes it close to impossible to win a mini game. Although, some mini games do give off sound cues that let's you know which one you get. Like the sound of the crane and characters landing in crane game

It’s just comes down to experience, I’ve played this game for so long that I feel comfortable just doing this for the hell of it, hope it becomes a category soon in the speedrun.com site

Thank you. I bought this last Christmas for my wife and, since moving, never had a chance to set it up. I finally got around to it and could NOT get Sherpa to work. Following your advice, I uninstalled, removed, and this time... and this was the key point... move it to a BLUE USB 3.0 port. I thought I had it plugged into a 3.0 port as it did work but Sherpa would NOT detect it. Moving it to a blue port on the rear greeted me with the windows "chirp" that a new device was detected. From this point on, Shera has worked just fine. Thank you for your time and supporting the community!
