I have the tiger boom cutter one a new john deere 6110 for about 5 months now and my deck is cracking alot i have ran my old one for over 4 years then we bought this one and its alot taller than my old one and is hard to use one a narrow road .i never had much trouble with the deck on the old one but the tiger is different i cant figure out what im doing different to make the deck crack mostly near welded spots any ideas would help.it has the swivel deck on it and the old one didnt i haven't had any trouble with tractor

That's what I do I got the tiger on a john deere 6110 and my deck is not holding together I can't figure out if it's my cutting or what I had a shorter boom on the old one and hardly had any trouble out of it but this new one is alot different

The thing that I don't like that is the Hydraulic Hose is right on the Front Edge of the Right side AND the Left side and Could possibly get hit from anything that is hidden and the Rear Tire possibly picks it up and then Breaks the Lines 🤔...... And then the Occasional Trees.... that you will encounter and Alot of the places you can't get around it and have to go ahead and take a Chance....

We had one for the highway dept. I ran it daily, and NEVER ran wide open. 900rpm is where I kept it.

What Screen or Filter Do you Clean or Change when the Blades turn with Less Power? .. Thanks

There is a filter in the hydraulic tank that may need replacing. Otherwise, make sure none of the 1" hoses are kinked or pinched during operation. Dull blades can also result in loss of effectiveness.

Actually the Owner said that a Ball Valve at the Bottom of the Flow Tank was bumped Half Shut somehow.. I Think the Strainer that you're Describing is Compromised as you Suggest Still

@@richardtharp1608 , we recommend using a zip tie to hold the ball valve in the open position.
