I gotta say, in defense of myself and other American peeps, that I HATE how so many European toilets have almost NO water inside them, so if you're travelling with multiple people you're stuck leaving MASSIVE shit stains all over the toilet bowl that you each have to look at/smell, because- no- your shit is not, in fact, dropping into water, it's dropping directly onto a dry shelf or incline where water COULD have been. I've never had a single, SOBER problem wherein the water level in a toilet causes me concern. Granted, I've also never had an anal prolapse, so... I guess the odds are generally in most people's favor. Separately, I would prefer Ape Air over Boeing planes after that stream. At least they're fucking honest.
