it wont redfine dark fantasy rpgs but it will fill in the gap that the witcher games have caused , if you liked the witcher 3 blood and wine expansion this game will double down on it from lore to the entire setting and story

They left CiRi Projekt Red because CDPR is woke now and Witcher 4 with female main character will be crap. Rebels Wolves destroy CDPR. I'll be support Rebel Wolves Tu buying their product but not spending money for work CDPR.

SEGA is setting the bar too high for themselves by releasing this "Concept, NON Gameplay" video. They definitely got the Fighting Games Community's attention with this video, but was that a good thing for them? Keep in mind, back in the day, the first VF game was revolutionary. But then Tekken arrived and took over. SEGA really got their hands full if they want to show Namco what they can do.

Tekken took over VF mainly because of the presentation and its availability on Playstation series. Let remind Tekken was made by former VF staff hence the revealing of unusued VF characters who made in Tekken notably Kazuya and Jack. VF is known for its outstanding gameplay and some innovation like uneven ground (VF3 and maybe incoming VF6), block animation (missing in VF4 and early VF5), weight category i.e. small characters having variant throws against heavy opponent. Tekken series now stagnated and the staff are excited to see the original finally coming back after hiatus.

I had Virtua fighter 5 on the OG Xbox and mercilessly played it with my brothers for years. I just realized 2 weeks ago it's called Virtua fighter not Virtual fighter.

Sadly, this could have been a great game; now it is a ? of a game, so do not preorder to not get pulled in check out real reviews by games, aka ex-Steam reviews. Why? South of Midnight has links to and can be traced back directly to Sweet Baby Inc and we all know that story.

If a saw the video without knowing it's virtua fighter, I would INSTANTLY call it: "it's virtua fighter!" it SCREAMS virtua fighter, and I believe sega have at lease something close to this working in engine, but couldn't aford to tease it in game footage yet.

I’m low key hoping there will be a mechanic to make the game first person, just because Turok has never been 3rd person and I dunno how it will feel… Also hoping they give us loads of weapons and lots of gore. New story? Fine I’ll take whatever you got, but if it doesn’t feel like Turok, I’m not gonna expect another one for another decade or more. Cerebral bore all the way baby!
