Massively underrated movie. The musical score was epic too!

Вот, вроде сейчас ютуб не замедляет, не прерывает музыку. Ай, пока писала музыка и прервалась. Пойду на другой канал, чтоб нервы себе не портить.

Tan bellísima y sublime que duele. Genio y maestro absoluto, Ennio Morricone.

Quando qualcuno mi dice qual'è il film più bello di tutti i tempi? Qual'è la colonna sonora più bella di tutti i tempi? C'era una volta in america con la colonna di Ennio Morricone

When I was around 12 my dad bought this movie om dvd, we never watched it tho. Mainly beacuse of the runtime. We waited for a perfect day to watch the movie. Last year when I was 15 we finally saw it and well my dad liked ig but I have never seen a movie like Once upon a time in america, now there may exist gansgter movies that are better than Once upon a time in america such as the godfather and goodfellas. But this movie is so underrated, the cinematography, the poetic, sad but joyfull music. Robert de niros performance was amazing and very underrated. I love how this explores how the gangster life is. How cruel they are and how empty their lives are. The love between Deborah and Noodles has some love to it but overall it’s very empty. Noodles is never able to make it work and at the end he screws everything up. Just a shame that the studio butchered this movie so hard but i’m happy some people understand this movie.

Hace muchos años que rescato especies animales salvajes.. No les deis de comer ni las llevéis a vuestras casas, tendréis problemas de convivencia y haréis que necesiten del ser humano para poder vivir. NO!!!, no recateis animales salvajes.

I love Two Socks in the movie, but you have to give John Barry a ton of credit for making the wolf so endearing. The music is everything in this movie.

John Woo elevates violence to an art form in The Killer. The shootouts are not mere action scenes; they are elaborate choreographies, ballets of bullets and blood. Woo's distinctive "gun fu" style reaches its peak here. The scenes at the night club and the final shootout in the church are memorable for their intensity and visual beauty. Slow motion, bird's-eye views, dramatic music: everything contributes to creating a unique and unforgettable cinematic experience. Woo does not glorify violence, but uses it to express the characters' emotions, their despair, their anger, their sense of helplessness. #TheKiller #JohnWoo #GunFu #SpectacularAction #HongKongCinema #UnmistakableStyle #StylizedViolence #BalletsOfBullets #ArtHouseCinema

Wow, just wow… I come from a rough part of London and this music stirs my soul more than any other.. I’ve listened to this 100s of times and it never gets old.. Loved the film when it first came out and that never ages either.. Thank you Maestro Morricone for making music that eventually calmed my savage soul 🙏
