Hi Kate, great investigation. The Deadcom reference to Iron is interesting. Its not a word you would expect to come across but with reference to Cromwell and his men it makes spooky sense. Well done, your persistence in asking for communication paid off.

@@KateFromingsAuthor He might be a very good edition to the group in seeking out the spirits 🤣🤣 We actually heard a dog barking funny enough Friday night coming from outside of the gatehouse when we were all inside but no sign of a dog but probably was one of the Pomeroy or Seymour dogs as I heard a growling one evening when it was still light but getting dark near the castle café which was a bit freaky as I had been calling out to the spirits. Love your videos showing Scotland and the hills and countryside as I've never been to Scotland myself xx

That's really cool! We didn't have any solid audio phenomena but I did think I heard voices that were other visitors as we were there alone. We were too chicken to go into the basements as it was really windy and had been raining. Have you ever picked up anything else on visits or was that your first time?

Thank you Josie, sometimes it's because I'm scared, but in this place I felt peaceful... And like I was being watched. I might return, but it would have to be in a spell of dry weather, the ruins were quite precarious!

@@KateFromingsAuthor I'm really looking forward to reconnecting with you. I've got some new mediums involved and some old ones. Yes it's been quite active but we left early Saturday because we had some rowdy kids turn up which it became difficult to record any evidence. Sarah and Sally and Ros were spooked on the driveway and saw shadow figures darting amongst the trees. Yes it's easy to take all that scenery for granted when you live there and it's the same here. Your hard work definitely pays off being super busy but I have some ideas which I'll talk to you about next month. The next trip is Saturday 14th September and have 6 mediums available for the next trip. Xx 👻👻

Unfortunately this year has been far too wet and windy for pollinators... In the community garden I have maybe seen around 10 bees since spring and three butterflies. We have hundreds of flowering plants and many buddleia too. It's been very distressing. I have also maybe only seen three wasps 😔🐝

We've had quite a few pollinators and butterflies in our garden this summer thankfully.

I saw the articles about that while I was researching, it's really sad that this is part of UK history across so many different cities and aristocracy

Hi, this is a good point... though I suppose when people are 'interacting with spirits' they might have misinterpreted the response they god for the name/person coming through. I am so frustrated that I can't find an audio file I had from 2018! At Torwood Castle (when it was stil ruinous and unihabited) we did an exploration and left a home mad spiritbox in one of the galleries which was sealed off. We were the only people on site (it's a small rural place), and we later tested the kit to ensure there was no radio or walkie talkie bleed.... You can hear what sounds like scottish labourers talking about building and buckets, then a woman's voice comes through, then the men go back to talking about stone blocks! It sounded so clear when we stripped put the hiss like it was just brickies working in modern day in the distance, but it wasn't. If I ever find it on an old hard drive it's going straight on the channel lol

Her daughter took the photo near Berry Pomeroy Church of St Mary's in the village along the stretch of road this year. A young woman in a purple dress. I'll give you the details in October and we've also had a medium called Sally who's a part of David Phillips group Torbay Investigators Paranormal and she's picked up on Margaret Pomeroy The White Lady and Elizabeth and others as well. Some unheard of spirits as which haven't been picked up before but some of the others have been experienced and picked up. I'm determined to get some more evidence and I think you'll enjoy the stuff on my KZbin channel. Looking forward to connecting with you again and the 3 other Berry Pomeroy documentaries have been very successful and still get messages from visitors and members who want to see more.
