I was a driver for them almost exactly 1 year to the date I started, the thing you really need to know is first off there medical benefits are horrible, if you do not keep records on your own of all of your loads, demerge time etc to a tee you will get screwed. There central Dispatch is a complete catastrophe. I worked with and was trained by a man that has been there for years and he was and still is one of the best men I have had the honor to work with and be around. He point blank told me if he was younger he we not be there because of benefits and trying to get paid properly for the work he did. Every paycheck I got had an issue, it was not because I did not dot all my eyes and tees, it was because they have a really bad system or just bad employees taking care of the things that matter most.. I would steer way clear of this company

It sounds like you had a very difficult experience with us, @farmerjoe338. There’s clearly a lot here to unpack. We take great pride in implementing top-notch processes run by quality, hard-working employees, and we strive to put together the most competitive pay and benefits packages possible. That said, we understand there’s always room for improvement. If you’d like to discuss further, we’d welcome the opportunity if you’d like to either email [email protected] or call 580-234-4663 and ask for a member of the Groendyke Talent Office.

I'm from Ontario Canada and we are governed at 105 km/h 65 mi/h . The slower you go the more of a problem you become on the road. USA drivers fight for your right to going the speed limit of every state.

Hogwash,fire fmcsa and Ata they don't pay my bills and their opinions don't prove or make safety. Ends are roof it did not improve safety it worsened safety, just like experienced drivers said it would but they want control even at the cost of less safety.

It should be 65 under I did 60 took me 3-5 hours longer just to do a 100 mile trip. You guys can do the math but with weather and traffic. it does limit your options it's a limiter. If you trying to pass someone forget it or hog the left. :). Some places you have to slow down traffic exit is on the left :).

Yes, let’s govern the trucks and make things even more dangerous for us, and also reduce the mileage we’re able to cover during a shift. Trucking is practically slavery already so I’m not surprised. I’m on my way out of this industry.

Worked for them almost exactly 1 year to date , if you like giving your time away , and constantly having problems getting paid for your loads , having to watch your pay constantly because of them not doing there jobs , it’s the company for you .. There health insurance has a 6000 dollar deductible, horrible, especially when you gross 40,000 a year with this company…
@vickiechambliss9202 жыл бұрын
What is the drivers home time? What is the pay? Do you have to live in the state or near the terminal you are hired for?
@groendykedrivers2 жыл бұрын
Depending on the terminal our home time ranges from home every day to home every other week. Pay is also very dependent on terminal and style of work but on average our drivers see $1250-$1500 every week. All of our equipment is serviced and maintained at the home terminal so yes it is parked at the terminal facility while the driver is on their home time.
