Literally nothing of it would be possible without replays. Try ps2 version. No marked vehicles, no om0 rampages etc...

Also, i believe you can get infernus instead of banshee in Staunton - there should be alot of places where you can fall under the map to the top of railway tunnel/car tunnel

You need a tank to park it in the place where the car spawns, after which the car will explode in a cutscene and the mission will be completed instantly.
