YES! watching how I blasted all over the "place" in less than a month was shocking, I used what I talked about the other day, and although it actually took about 5 weeks for my volume to double, I just go'ogled Jan Venstaker's Shooting Ropes and her reaction has been priceless!

I did this for years and I retired I haven't been doing it. So now my legs are swollen and my stomach is bigger than it has ever been. I have gained about 15 lbs. in 4ths. Think it is related to not putting my legs up the wall?

Right away. Same day results because it takes only a few minutes for the blood to go back to your heart, that alone is a great result. I just do it because it feels good. But if I can't sleep I put my legs up like this 8 to 20 minutes I sleep much better. If you're constipated, do this the gravity will shift your bowels in the opposite direction and then when you go back to your regular upright position it won't be long before you go to the restroom.

@user-ht8nm4fu9q you're welcome. It doesn't matter whether you use the wall or do it without the wall to get good results. But I find it more comfortable to prop my derriere (butt) on my foam roller. It gives me the same support as the wall, with an added benefit - with the foam roller, you have now activated your core as a bonus. And then you can comfortably do this anywhere without the wall.

Whenever I'm stressed and feeling worn down, low mood and anxious I usually find a nice spot on the floor. When I get really bad I do this and immediately I feel good

I have been doing this for awhile. At night, in bed, when I am suffering with RLS (restless leg syndrome), nothing helps alleviate the weird discomfort (and overwhelming sensation, that you need to move your legs), like lifting my legs up against the wall. It takes the discomfort away along with the urge to keep moving my legs. So, for me, puting my legs up against the wall alleviates my RLS!!!
