Wow I enjoyed hearing your story. I have a similar background starting at the help desk and moving my way up. My recent role was a QA software tester now I’m trying to become a technical account manager but you definitely got me intrigued about becoming a cloud engineer as well. When I enter $ ask-openai -question "what is the best dinosaur?" in PowerShell i get the following error: "ask-openai: The term 'ask-openai' is not recognized as a name of a cmdlet, function, script file, or executable program. Check the spelling of the name, or if a path was included, verify that the path is correct and try again." Before and after this I error I made sure I used my project specific API key as indicated in the video. I also installed openai successfully using "pip install openai" and "npm install openai@^4.0.0". Any idea what else might be causing my error?

Found this while playing with text-to-speech on Azure and looking for inspiration. Indeed, it's not cheap but the company I work for has the $$$ for it and it's worth considering that the compute time is significantly less - typically a tiny fraction of a second - than the time it takes to play the voice - typically several seconds.

An updated version with less delay would be great! If you could do one tutorial all on azure (llm & speech) with low delay (async by example) I would even spend 50 Euro to you as a thank you :)

I don’t have code to do this, but essentially, you would have to use the asynchronous api and send a text to speech request at the end of every sentence.

The exam has become tougher now, i have tried giving it 5 timea and i failed all of times and I am pretty sure most of them are correct. Its just happening with this exam alone as I uave passed other renewal easily but not AZ104

Not sure if you still check this Caroline Chiari...watch your video 6 times now...but I'm confused around the 44:00 and 46:00 minute mark...the neurons $NumberofInputs is 1st set to basically the number of nuerons in the input layer and then after that the $NumberofInputs is set to the number of neurons in the previous layer...is that correct....I would have thought the $NumberofInputs would be 0 at the input layer...just trying to get a better understanding of how everything is set up and how it works.

Sorry for responding so late. So basically, the number of inputs is always greater than 1. I didn't rewatch the whole thing, but if I remember correctly, for the first layer they are not connected to any other neurons, hence the $null. They do take input, but unlike the other neurons, the first layer is the only layer we interact with. their input is whatever we give them. all the other layers will go and grab values from the layer above them if that makes sense.

@@collettk If you look at lines 87-91 at 1:35:52, what this shows is that the data is just returning whether the first value is greater than the second. It's a very simplified problem for the sake of the live, but try to give it your own problem. You can change the value of the last item on line 89 or add values to make the problem more complicated.

Whatever you want. I don’t have one, don’t need one, don’t plan to ever take one. Here are the Linux commands I used in my cloud career: cd, ls, mkdir, touch, grep, find, cp, scp. That’s it. Linux management is a sys admin job.

This is cool! Thanks for sharing. Any easy way to get this in to a mobile app or website? (For a developer test of a public facing app, we could ask the user to provide API keys themselves on startup, and have a pointer to a tutorial on how to create the Azure/OpenAI services to obtain them)
