I am currently in Asmara, enjoying the beauty and safety of this African country. I feel safe walking day or night without any fear. Unfortunately, Ethiopian tegaru often paint a negative picture of Eritrea due to jealousy. Eritrea is self-reliant and does not depend on Western aid. Both my mother and father fought for this country so that I could live safely. I am grateful to the EPLF, and may God bless Eritrea. As General Sebhat Ephrem stated, no matter the ups and downs, your country is your home. If any Eritrean hears anything negative about our country, they should respond and defend it. We are the only country that does not succumb to pressure from any nation, including America. Our enemies will not hinder our progress, as we are free from financial and food insecurities. Eritrean freedom comes at a cost, and thanks to Bini and other athletes for putting Eritrea on the world map.
