When it comes to the box topper for the second starter set, the card was always warped, even when the product was new. I should know, I bought several of them back when they were new.

Its still going strong in Japan. I was so glad to make friends that played. My old deck struggled to keep up with the modern stuff but it was still good enough to have fun.

Hi ! Actually there's a pattern to know if there's a foiled card in a booster ! Put at the back of the pile the two first cards behind the puzzle card -without looking at them- (the foiled one is always here if there weren't any mixing confusion in the packet making). Then check the new first three cards, if they're all uncommun (diamond shaped rarity) then you get a foiled one at the end :) ! & there's always a Rare star-shaped one in each booster !

I only had one friend who played it, i begged my cousin (we were both yugioh players) to try at least once but he absolutely refused and thought it was stupid. and once my friend said he was done with duel masters that was it, i had no one to play with and all those cardboards i collected were either thrown away, given out or lost. i hated how the foiled cards just curled up no matter what you did with them, I tried every trick from putting it inside a book and letting it sit there for days, sleeves, nothing worked. what was the point? ah well. i can still look up the cards online and admire the art.

Any chance you'd be interested in playing a remote duel? I love this game, but unfortunately nobody here is interested in playing it since they think it's just a worse version of worse magic. On the online side of things we also seem to be losing a lot of players too and content has died down a lot

I recently bought a DM-01 Sealed Booster Box on ebay , also a few extra packs and the 2 player starter set and I will be able to unbox it and probably upload a couple videos of it by the end of September when I can pick it all up ^^
