She finally got married to an Egyptian World Champion body builder who played some roles in old Egyptian movies, and retired from dancing. But she was really amazing! My father used to say she probably doesn't have a bone in her body! Such elasticity!

Thank you for your comment. Unfortunately, because this was done for a festival, I did choreograph every single move as it is only a six-minute piece, and in six minutes, a performance piece should be choreographed. If I were to have danced to this impromptu, I would not have choreographed every move. My tips to you are just to listen to the music. The music will actually tell you what to do, along with all the subtleties, accents, and nuances. But you have to listen very carefully.

Did you choreograph every single move or did you just dance to the music what you felt. I have a terrible remembering every little step and that makes it hard for me to dance with a group. Do you have any tips you can give me?

@dianapitt1 - Thank you... Please note that these videos are dances without an audience. They are available here as self-created base choreography for anyone interested; specifically my students. I appreciate your viewing them. :-) Performing to a live audience would create a deeper feel for the music which would project through the steps and therefore the performance. Dancing instead to a one-eyed video camera falls short. Your comments are always welcome.
