I’m autistic and I collect and restore Dysons. The difference between the two vacuums here really depend on what you’re needs are and what your preference is. If you have a good strong immune system like me and you would prefer a method where you don’t have to worry about buying bags and filters every time they get used. Go for the Dyson. However if you have severe life threatening allergies and a compromised immune system, and it’s worth your health to buy bags. Go for the Miele. I value the advantages and disadvantages between Bagged vacuums and Bagless vacuums. What I can’t tolerate is Biased or Disingenuous information of any kind.

I would suggest you to buy the new C3, but I don’t think there are any features on them that yours doesn’t have. By the time your Capricorn dies, Miele have a new full size canister design out which will replace the C3, which came out in 2010 as the S8 series.

@PaddleDogC53 жыл бұрын
@@joshuamcpherson007 came from the state of TENNESSEE. NORTH SHORE ANIMAL LEAGUE in New York Long Island really travels and he country to pick up strays other shelters . I think they are the biggest rescue operation in the country even the world. My wife worked their as a volunteer after retirement from Wall Street. Then had a management position. She made friends there but left because two managers above her were so cruel to the people working there. People slave there for little money because they love their jobs. Some were there 10-30+ years and they left after my wife managers were so bad. Anyway one of the very experienced people still remaining called and said there is a special dog here. She said what should I do I said go get him. No clue what he may be besides another dog. Then she posted a picture on FB and a person who has had some said he possibly is a Glennie. He's been a great dog from the first hour. We brought him home and immediately you would think he's been here as a puppy for years. No matter what he is he's great. Goes nuts chasing squirrels 🐿️ and my cat. I'll post a video soon if him. All the traits I read or have been told of from the man on FB he has. He will swim which I heard glens don't like. He won't dive in like a lab but when you put him in he can go with or without the life jacket. He does bark when he see the squirrel s outside. I heard glens are quite. He has matured and bulked up a bit be since being here he was bit thin when we got him. I know they said they gave a tendency to eat to much so we are careful with him. He's 12.5" to the shoulder which I read is just over the minimum height. Keep you posted.

Really great demonstration of why people should invest in a higher quality machines aka Miele. You spend a lot up front but you save over time because they don’t need replacing or repairs (if used properly and as intended). I bought their newest top of the line Miele C3 Brilliant in April and am shocked there is no dust in the bag compartment after several months. I was worried the cord rewinder would break in a few years but obviously it’s going to last since yours did. I’ll always have a Miele because if this experience (and your video).

I love tinkering with vacuums too. My sister had a Dyson that would also clog regularly and I would often take it a part to see if I could fix whatever was wrong. Was usually clogged. She gave up on it and bought a Miele.

@UpintheOaks_13 жыл бұрын
Glens are very rare, so even though people have dogs that look Glennish, it's not usually possible that they have a Glen. Many times it's a mix of Westie and other things. Glens are big dogs with short legs.

@UpintheOaks_17 жыл бұрын
I don't doubt that! He's pretty quiet most of the day, but then he goes into this in the evening. It's not the volume, it's that screech that gets you when you are in the house with it. I just put this up to show the true sounds of the Goffin's.
@PKBitchGirl7 жыл бұрын
mytoos.com/ for the pleasure of the sound a Mollucan can make. Even though we live in standalone houses (we have gates to the backgarden at both sides of our house) my neighbours are close and I don't think they'd want to hear that. Even with the doors closed you could clearly hear Pepsi ducorps squawking in the back of the house when you were out on the street. Worst bird noise I've heard was a conure sitting on top of its cage in a pet shop and playing with its toys, every ten seconds it'd give a low volume squawk but whatever it was about the squawk it had a particularly tone that would go right through your head. Noisiest birds I had recently were a pair of budgies, he was quiet (occasionally chirping for another budgie), then I got her and she was quite chirpy, her chiryness set him off and the two of them together were ten times noisier than him on his own. Thankfully the neighbours couldn't hear them but occasionally we had to move into another room due to them giving us headaches. Loudest bird was the ducorps but thankfully he didn't make noise to the same extent as the budgies, and thankfully budgies don't have the volume of a cocky.
@UpintheOaks_17 жыл бұрын
Wow! What a racket! We had a Mitred Conure that was louder than Gimli, plus he could swear up a storm and in context - don't tell me they don't know what they are saying! We were able to mix up his pronunciation so it wasn't as obvious. I remember that low sound! It was so brain penetrating that my daughter almost went insane. It was a hormone thing and we had to re-home him. :( There is a Scarlet up the street that yells "Hi!" when he's out on the deck and you can hear him for a half-a-mile. I can' easily hear Gimli when we are out on our street. We don't have close neighbors, we got our house for the huge buffers between the houses. I love the name of your bird!
@tylerrobinson7397 жыл бұрын
this is the very reason why I hate birds now. My mom got one and I have an instant headache when I hear this. The bird is sweet and doesn't bite but is extremely loud. that bird caused my mom and I to have relationship problems to this day.
@UpintheOaks_17 жыл бұрын
Tyler, I'm so sorry to hear that! My husband doesn't like Gimli, but if he ever seriously wanted me to get rid of him, I would. Don't let an animal come between you and your mom! She can't give him up because that bird will be with her long after you have left and you can't wait for it to die before making up with your mom. Since you are a child of hers and not her husband, you don't have the authority to ask her to get rid of it. If it's still alive now, wear big soundproof earphones (earbuds or plugs don't make a statement) whenever you are near the bird - maybe your mom will get the hint and move the bird to another room when you are there. It's worth a try! If nothing else you will be protecting your hearing.
@Kellexar7 жыл бұрын
I hate this attitude that all bird owners seem to have when they post videos online. They're always very preachy, OH YOU THINK YOU CAN HANDLE A BIRD? YOU CAN'T. Like somehow you're the only person in the entire world who's a special enough snowflake to handle owning a bird. I have a Goffin myself and she's very loud and very needy, but it's not like it's not something anyone could handle without the proper training. I know that people taking in birds and then deciding they don't want them is a real issue, but I don't think the way to go about fighting for them is to try to scare people away from owning one. Inform people, don't talk down on them.
@UpintheOaks_17 жыл бұрын
The comment wasn't aimed at you, it was at all those people who think cockatoos are "cute" or "sweet." If I only put up the video of him picking cards or taking a bath, it would be deceptive. If you watched the whole thing, you would see that he calmed down and wanted a scratch. I know someone who runs a puppy mill for Umbrellas and I think it's very irresponsible for people buying them not to know what they are getting into, which you would have gotten if you read all my comments, too. I've had Gimli since 2002 and this is just a sample of what he is capable of, as you know, they have an alarm scream that's twice as penetrating as this. This is just his "I need attention" noise. I never said "YOU CAN'T" or even yelled in all-caps, so please, next time you want to attack a video, please put yourself back into the freezer before melting.
@mmsolo51077 жыл бұрын
I hear you Jet. I've grown tired of the high and mighty preaching. I own an Eclectus and they can get extremely loud. I just think there is a better way of informing people instead of the high and mighty approach.
