I have two questions about corpus tools. How many file can we upload for making corpus? What would be the maximum size for a file to be uploaded for corpus? I mean what would be the limitations of AntConc or any other corpus tool about number of files or size?

Antconc has no limitation in terms of your questions. You can upload as many files as you have. Also, the word limit is not given there.
