You people complicated the whole areca farming process... these rich ppl got 100s of acre and thats the reason they are bothered to provide basal application every month... you are saying fruit set good.. oh god its not even average... come to shimoga dist and we will show what is areca fruit setting is without providing nutrition every month... we need to give what plant requires in two phase tats sufficient... don't complicate things which will only leads to losses ...

@sachinbp1991 your soil n weather pattern's are different our weather pattern's r totally different n terrain is totally...n we have robusta also inter crop...n heavy rains n dropings wil be there. We have die back infloransense problem as well. We have spot leaf n yellow disease problem as well. Definitely we should keep agriculture simple coz science is a complicated subject. We can't even compare shivmoga side arecanut to our side... N its not about u ve 100 acres r 10 acres its about how effective n efficiently u use your manure... Lot of agronomist use drip for fertigation but we are useing machines to send liquid fertigation my friend...

We had good flowering this year but due to dieback we lost nearly half of the crop . @nithinmgowda7528 for sucking pest imodacholofied/accephate r else u can use lancer gold which is combination of both imoda n accephate....saaf/sprint/contoff r fungicides what we used to control leaf spot disease.i now I watched it was by mistake I ve said sucking pest instead of leaf spot disease n as honbal side there is lot of leaf spot disease just to keep in check we ve used Taquat u will hear that in later part of d vedio...n I don't edit d vedio I just put raw vedio's so. @nithinmgowda7528 nope it was by mistake....for sucking pest imoda n accephate combination product called Lancer gold n for leaf spot disease saaf/sprint/contaff as honbal leaf spot disease is more we ve used Taquat to keep disease in check.sorry it was by mistake n I don't my vedios.
