Low pay+boot camp, living in dorms, forced haircuts, citizen support low, being a ticket enforcer/crash investigator I support leo but state troopers are mainly useless and not worth it

Can you address whether automotive drivers are permitted or prohibited from passing a school bus, on a multi-lane highway, when it's stopped at a railway crossing while not unloading passengers. I think this is a gray area that needs clarification. Thanks.

No they don't, especially not your freight trains. Also american freight trains are especially long and heavy, but any freight train will take a while to slow down due to weight and slower acting brakes than passenger trains.

There are high speed freight lines dotted about Europe buy they are rare. I highly doubt the OCs slowest trains are going 140kph@piemadd

Your freight trains are much shorter to a typical American freight, which can go over 200 cars. Also your cargo loads are usually smaller which also allows for higher speeds. I would like to note that I have watched European trains before, and there are some very slow lines there too.
