We never saw how the invoice looked in Quickbooks. I would have been helpful to see how the information is structured once it gets to QB before sending it off to the client. Is there a video showing what that output looks like?

Super frustrated with Timely. Previously used it to accurately track my work in Adobe projects, specifically After Effects and Premiere. It used to work perfectly-displaying plenty of descriptors for each task I was working on. Made timesheets SO easy at the end of the week. Since Adobe updated to 24.0, Timely hasn't been able to read the file name, path, or any other information about a task other than the title of the program. This is not helpful in the least. I've started multiple threads with Adobe and Timely and they both blame the other for the problem and then ghost me. I recently was searching for an alternative "Time Tracker for After Effects" and Timely came up first with a link to their website showing a screenshot of how the experience used to be-displaying all the file information, file name, and program name. This is false marketing-this hasn't worked since October 2023. If you are a designer, editor, or anyone that uses the Adobe Suite do not waste your time with this app.

This does not cover Tracking Time in ClickUp getting pushed to Timely (only the other way around). Is that not possible?

Do I need the Tasks add-on to use Clickup integration? Or can I track time by project?
@Timelyapp
@Timelyapp 11 ай бұрын
Hi👋Without Tasks, you can still sync ClickUp Projects to Timely and log time against these projects in Timely. Keep in mind that time tracked will not sync back to ClickUp as it is the two-way sync only works with the Tasks add-on. More info here 👇 support.timelyapp.com/en/articles/7231909-integrate-timely-with-clickup. Please reach out to [email protected] for more help.

Hey @Markifiu69, Yes, absolutely Chrome activity is still captured. If you’re able to run Memory for Windows or Memory for Mac, then you won’t need to install and run Memory for Chrome; it’s built for users that aren’t able to run the standalone Memory app on their computers. Let us know if you have any other questions!

Hey Liz, You mentioned we shouldn't install multiple memories. My question is: the Mac / Windows app can also track Chrome activity? Or if I don't install Chrome specifically, i won't be able to track Chrome?

Love that mindset of being "focused and intentional" about the task in hand. Such a powerful technique.

The report with the bill is awesome haha! Just have doubt if the app does not over log hours? I use also the timing app and there i can set to not log if the app is iddle. I saw good and bad things in both apps, take a look on timing app as well

too bad, I might have been interested if there was a video that was (immediately apparent) it was a no nonsense, no fluff, let us run you through how to use this overview. I have no use for this "meet timely" stuff. If I am this far into looking into this I want to know how it works. More like ok "now I am to quickly run through how I do the most important things , while you see my screen. I have other videos to show you how to do this much slower, but here you get an idea of how it works." This should be obvious from the lead picture on you tube search-say a screen shot and "no fluff demo video" or the like. Sick to death of useless product videos (especially if they have any music)

Acknowledge the work of Frank DiMeglio. E=mc2 is F=ma. This NECESSARILY represents, INVOLVES, AND DESCRIBES what is possible/potential AND actual IN BALANCE, AS ELECTROMAGNETISM/ENERGY IS GRAVITY. Gravity IS ELECTROMAGNETISM/energy, AS E=MC2 IS F=MA. The Earth (A PLANET) is a MIDDLE DISTANCE form that is in BALANCED relation to the Sun AND the speed of light (c), AS the stars AND PLANETS are POINTS in the night sky; AS E=MC2 IS F=MA; AS TIME DILATION ultimately proves ON BALANCE that ELECTROMAGNETISM/energy is gravity. Indeed, TIME is NECESSARILY possible/potential AND actual IN BALANCE; AS E=MC2 IS F=MA; AS ELECTROMAGNETISM/ENERGY IS GRAVITY. GRAVITATIONAL force/ENERGY IS proportional to (or BALANCED with/as) inertia/INERTIAL RESISTANCE, AS E=mc2 is F=ma; AS ELECTROMAGNETISM/ENERGY IS GRAVITY. Gravity/acceleration involves BALANCED inertia/INERTIAL RESISTANCE, AS E=MC2 IS F=MA ON BALANCE; AS ELECTROMAGNETISM/ENERGY IS GRAVITY. Accordingly, the rotation of WHAT IS THE MOON matches it's revolution. MOREOVER, a given PLANET (INCLUDING WHAT IS THE EARTH) sweeps out EQUAL AREAS in equal times consistent WITH/AS F=ma, E=mc2, AND what is perpetual motion; AS E=MC2 IS F=MA ON BALANCE; AS ELECTROMAGNETISM/ENERGY IS GRAVITY. I too have read Order of Time and I am just starting to glimpse underneath the veil. Bells idea that reality is "none local" well of course, if there is no such thing as "instantaneous" . There can only be an instant - if there is time. If no time, then no such phenomenon as instant connection. But it is so hard to get your head round these ideas with our temporal brains. Our brains are state machines! For us the "present" is due to present_input and past_output. X_present = A.X_past_present + B.U_present .

I read the Order of Time by Carlo Rovelli and it was brilliant; I think I had a brief moment where I understood it all, but it is already slipping away.

First, with certainty, it is stated what time is definitely not, which of course requires one to fully understand what time is in the first place to be able to do so, and then it is said that time is not fully understood ????

Do you need to understand what something is, before realizing what it is not? When formulating a theory, one way to go about it is to start eliminating all the hypotheses that are not relevant. (i.e. what time is "not")

@@andette88 Hey, I am just a picky kind of guy. For instance, long ago, in my younger days, I was aware that I did not really know what "MOTION" actually was, while all others seemed to be quite happy with their own limited interpretation. So I did a simple step by step analysis of motion. The outcome of this analysis was my independent discovery of Einstein's "special relativity" phenomena. I also independently derived all the special relativity mathematical equations, along with the Lorentz Transformation equations. As a high school dropout, I had no physics education, and my math skills were a complete embarrassment, so I was happy to have made it this far. Also, the manner in which I derived the equations seems to be 100% unique. No one else seems to have thought of it as of yet.
