Hello Sir I attended my consular appointment (H1-B) on November 26th in Ghana, and my visa status shows as approved. However, it has been over 30 days, and I have not yet received the visa or any updates on its progress. Could you please assist me with this matter?

I saw this and we sent the requested document to the consulate. our case was sent back to USCIS and reapproved in May…we’ve done our part including keeping in contact with NVC and the consulate and now our application says it is expiring soon!!! how can we extend that because this is not our fault??

Dear Brothers and Sisters: I know once you got 221(g) that how much stressed you are going through during the waiting days. Let me explain you, my experience when I got 221(g). I have IR5 case and interview date was 29 Oct 2024 in Islamabad-Pakistan and got white Paper and officer returned my Passport also and only tick (Administration Processing) no other documents required. 7th Nov 2024 I got email about submit my Passport so 8th November I sent my Passport to via courier (ustraveldocs) located in my city. 12th Nov 2024 they change my date and status showing READY. 20th Nov 2024 date changed again then 04th Dec 2024 date changed again and status showing still READY. Now 8th Dec 2024 changed again and status showing ADMINISTRATIVE PROVESSING. Finally 9th Dec 2024 changed status to ISSUED and 12th Dec 2024 got my visa passport. In some cases you have to wait more and in some cases you have to wait less but in both situations you have to wait with the patience. Good luck to all who are stuck in 221(g).

Hi hira, embassy cancel my appointment, i don't know. What is the reason behind that

I had an H1B visa interview on 30 September 2024 and was given a 221g slip in which administrative processing was ticked. Then on 10 October 2024, the US Consulate there emailed my employer and they reposted it but Earlier, the last update date in the status was 1 October 2024, but now it is 1 November 2024, but the status has not been changed, so how long will it take and when will the final process be completed?

We had a diversity lottery visa interview on Sept 05 and 17, 2024 at US embassy after getting a yellow paper as a second one. They gave back our passports and told us to go and wait for them to inform us. After that we sent a follow up email and they made the last update on Sept 27, 2024 and told us that there is no more information and documents required. Now our visa is still refused in 221(g) under administrative process. Can we still have a chance to get updates on our status or granted visa, although our fiscal year ended?

My mother had her IR5 interview on October 3. She received a 221(g) notice and was instructed to submit some missing documents. Additionally, the visa officer retained her passport. We submitted the required documents on October 15. When can we expect to hear back from the embassy?

Hi ma'am . my mother applied for me in 2021 and when i eventually have an interview they gave me a white paper the 221(g) saying that the doctor have to send my medical. Matter fact as soon as he send it to the embassy ,i went back again n the consular officer kept my passport . but 2 weeks ago they sent an e mail to my mother and said that i have to give them the naturalisation because when my mother applied to me she was a green card holder and thats happened weednesday obviously my case was still refused but today when i check it it turn into "administration processing" !! And according to sum people this process varies between 4-6month

Hi , I have appointment on October for my daughter and my wife but I got email from NVC says the appointment has been canceled for my wife and my daughter did not get any email, all them have same day and time appointments, what does mean ?

I am confused on our K1. We are in READY status and we have our Invoice ID number but no further instructions. We log into CEAC but not options just to complete DS-160. We completed the DS-160 but not change in CEAC.
