Before they died, I would've literally paid cash money while calling in sick to work and even playing hooky from school just to see George Jefferson and Boss Hogg face off one on one with Richard Dawson in between them asking the survey question. @@chandlerwhite8302Rick Hurst was deputy cletus. He was on for a few years. Peggy rea was Lulu hogg. Jeff Altman was hughie hogg in several episodes, boss hogg's crooked nephew. The rest were only on the show a couple times.

Funny thing is that when someone got 200 points on their own the first time, two of the questions was on that show as well one was which was color of a Parakeet, the other was popular form of recreation and Tennis was an answer to that same episode as well. Coincidence?

Marla Gibbs as a cast member on 227 was on Ray Combs version when he guest starred on 227 and played family feud in one episode…

If I were to eliminate a Family Feud host who was awful… it would be Ray Combs, who committed suicide in 1996 at the age of 40. He left his wife and six kids bankrupt with no money.(Strike Buzzer Sounds). He just wasn’t a good host. Kenneth A Huang 9/01/2022
