One of the things that makes HELL NIGHT so great is this final scene and of-course the music behind it. The way Linda plays this is extraordinary and probably my favorite scene of any of her films because you feel her in every second of it, realizing it wasn't a dream, and then bringing herself to turn and face the body on the car and even the swirl of music as she finally lets go of the gate and stumbles is poignant and touching. This scene always makes me sad. *****

Banger song. Someone needs to gather together all of these awesome one-off synthpop / new wave / metal songs from 80s horror flicks and release them in a box set.

Funny how superficial hollywood picked all the most tall girls for this cast. When my generation then, the average girl's height was 5"5....😅

I'd be really hard-pressed to call this a Hollywood production. It's only vaguely a cut above amateur drivel.

@capitolia Жыл бұрын
It is nowhere to be found. Was never released in any media format. But I found it is actually a cover of the original which sounds almost the same. Search here in KZbin for “When Ya Come Home” by Blue Mink. It is the same song essentially.

0:50 This sequence captures the hedonistic; sexually uninhibited era of the 70's the two women embracing one another & sensually dancing with that pulsing romantic ballad

I watching this. It was in 1989 (I think), other stars: Fred Ventura and Silver Pozzoli. Maybe Polish TVP still have this in archive. :)

Why do You think it was in polish tv? Anyway, i am pretty sure they doeasn't have this material.
@OuterTapes2 жыл бұрын
@@ryszardadamus4241 Because in the same recording of that dancefloor, where model playing Vanessa is performing "Just a game" Marek Sierocki can be heard in the background, he is the disc jockey which you can see in the beginning. Zenon is in fact right - there's also a recording of Fred Ventura performing Lost in Paris.
@OuterTapes2 жыл бұрын
