What happened to the story? It begins to buzz at 3:18 and continues. I thank you for your work and am disappointed.

Did you hear the Good News? Jesus, the Son of God, loves us so much that He died for our sins. He was crucified, then resurrected. Jesus conquered death and has overcome the world! With His sacrifice, we can live forever in Heaven with Him in eternal happiness! Follow Jesus, repent, and live forever! - If you want to learn more about the Good News, check out the Books of Matthew, Mark, Luke, and John of the New Testament of the Holy Bible.

Listening to this for the third time and it’s still super thrilling. Excellent writing and performance . One of my faves in the series.

Wow and thanks, new subby, loving the channel, explains so much that escaped me and I feel blind. I have to ask about the art work that accompanies the stories and the photos , where they from the books/comics or the artists name cause ,they are wonderful and help the imagination, especially the desolate areas or plain roads , the background always draws the eye, beautifully highlighting the everyday ordinary ,framing it as a character in the ambience it creates. I also catch Bradford and Bradford, I haven't read all the books but have seen most of the movies as they were popular when I was younger, bought back some fantastic memories, I remember showing my son ,Pet Semetery, he was angry at every character that knew but persisted in testing the curse, I think the one that really got to him was ,The Mist , I don't know that I ever saw them as scary ,more of an insight into others characters or motivations . I think so far, the reading of the Green Mile was my favourite, was released by chapters in separate books ,we would jostle to get, swap, and read together , I looked forward to the next instalment. I don't read much anymore, so this is awesome, I do love a bedtime story , thanks x

I’ve read this book at least 5 to 7 times since the age of 16 and now I’m 50. Each time it was an amazing book. But now as I reach my older years, I have to say this book is very wordy. The repetition and constant descriptions is quite boring. Maybe this is a product of the social media age where everything is fast. But I found this book the eighth time around to be a difficult read. I’m trying to close it off so I can move on to the wastelands

@starcitizeno719 күн бұрын
2nd version, prefer the first. Was it Muller reading that edition? Additions to tie this book to the ending clutter and hamstring the rhythms that made the original so genre rich and redefining methinks.

I've been obsessed with ideas such as the man in black's 'cosmic size' speech. Say what you will about this book or the series or even the author, but I believe his monologue is one of the best and most captivating thought experiments to indulge in.

Is it common to scrutinize a person's eye color? Because I never once did that in my entire life.
@adamschmitt948024 күн бұрын
Noticing an obvious change in someone's eye color would be memorable, especially if they are sitting right next to you. But it seems like a common writer thing to zoom in on eye colors when describing their characters. Eye color is also on our driver's licenses, and has been used as part of our identity in various ways throughout history.
@HighValueTargetRacing9 күн бұрын
Yes.
@bubsthecat37387 күн бұрын
If you don't look in people's eyes when you speak to them or you are blind or perhaps have a cataract then yes. Otherwise noticing the color of one's eyes I would say is very normal almost instinctual. Wake up and pay attention.
