I just had to replace my heater and I gotta say, this video is not up to date or correct in many places. For example, there were no special tools provided (the square thing and the claw thing) to get the filter cover off. And there's no screw in the middle of my filter cover. Also the white thing that goes around the control panel is NOT as easy to get off as the guy in the video makes it seem. I had to jam a screwdriver in between and use all my strength to pry it up. The edits where it cuts back and forth make it very hard to follow. Aleko should do a better job with this. And then to top it all off, once I got it filled, it's leaking form the bottom now, which it wasn't before. I have no idea why. And I can't lift it up with the water in it to find out. Maybe it's because they didn't provide the tool to screw on the filter cover tightly, and now water is leaking from there? I called customer service, and was told a technician would call me back, but of course, that didn't happen. Very unhappy customer.

TBoth white switches are too hard to press and am unable to turn. Had to use tools to press them down. I have tried emptying the plates and now putting them all back but the dials wont turn.

Thanks for putting this out there dude. Just found one of these at a goodwill with everything and couldn’t get the handle to move and the fact that you said to turn out all of those lips on the smaller weights fixed my problem!
