I am 58 and have experienced this in every job I have had. Usually I seek out a more "Liberal" caucasian in order to circumvent the other caucasians. To top it off I am an introvert and that makes it more difficult because I tend to ignore the caucasians at work. If you lose your job because of your boss or co-workers manipulating your ability to perform well, then it's possible that you start playing into behaving very weak and soft-spoken to get further ahead in employment.
