Hey young man I am so proud of you. I am a black man without a college and has maneuvered through corp America as a man. Lost many of jobs because of race but I have fought some good battles. I got removed from my office because of a racist privilege white woman. Thing is, it is not your responsibility to fight for the black race. It is your responsibility to work hard as you have to uplift the black race through your experience and knowledge. We do not own America. We are the Haiti of America. Since they were not able to destroy us they have to try keep up down. Work hard, become a millionaire and help a few along The way if you can. Get the world off your shoulders.

Been following you for years Brian…One thing i’ve noticed is that the vibe/energy to your videos has changed from very positive to a little negative. I’ve followed your journey and seen what you’ve been through in the recent years so I can’t blame the change but I think that’s the reason for the low views/likes, Keep pushing bro! 👊🏾🙌🏾💯 Still watch your content regardless…Just rewatched a few of your older videos circa body building/quitting weed era and we need that Brian back! 👌🏾

What’s up bro! I’m a 39 year old 6 time felon, 1 agg. Asslt, DW. I have a stone hard face since childhood. I have made many bad choices in life, been acting to change, but I can see setup. How do I make the change for my future. I can only see destruction in my future from a system I was told doesn’t exist. I know to get a secondary education, but I don’t trust the make-up of the system.
@Brian_1991XАй бұрын
The day you decided to be a man is the day the system rejected you .. so just give up on it .. you have to start a business and derive independent income if you get more education it has to help you with that .. otherwise the man got high heels for you .. good luck

Shit is depressing for real. I work with strong-looking black men doing housekeeping work. Cleaning floors and toilets. I suggested that they move up to a more "masculine" job and they told me they were content.

Young man you need to realize that we are not the rulers of this land and whiten people have been kicking our butts since we’ve gotten over here. Not much we can do about it in another man’s land, needing him for our survival and every race gets to come here and take from us. Africa is not out together properly, they can’t help us. This has been a black crisis for thousands of years.
@you_only_have_4000_weeks5 ай бұрын
This happens because the white man is truly against us and this is the attitude that he demonstrates is acceptable against in spaces that they control and you cannot fight back. As you gain more experience you will be able to fight off those aggressive behaviors. Trust me, lost tons of good jobs but it took my entire career how to fight back. Understand what is happening. Good prongs of title VII discrimination but never sue unless you must. Don’t go tell a white man on a white man.

i'm white - and i think corp america is whatever - we all have to suffer there or leave. but, in terms of masculinity -- i do see that where i keep my boat -- in the bronx, ny -- all dominican, eastern european, puerto rican, some caribbean -- its got good male energy. i had my boat at the white middle class marina in westchester -- forget it. everything is a mess there, in terms of masculinity. i'm a white dude -- but i relax a lot more in the masculine world, at least when it comes to my boat.!
@Brian_1991X6 ай бұрын
Most soft men have no comprehension of masculinity due to them being non competitive this is further emphasized through racism.

I am 58 and have experienced this in every job I have had. Usually I seek out a more "Liberal" caucasian in order to circumvent the other caucasians. To top it off I am an introvert and that makes it more difficult because I tend to ignore the caucasians at work. Not always good because it messes up networking but when you know who you are around it's difficult to fake it with them.

Avoid major debt and child support at any costs if you work in corporate America as a black man. If you lose your job because of your boss or co-workers manipulating your ability to perform well, then it's possible that you start playing into behaving very weak and soft-spoken to get further ahead in employment. Financial problems will destroy your ability to do well in interviews and another thing I know for sure is that black men are not allowed to be masculine and confident in white-collar certain work spaces. I've seen a lot of queer black men move up because they're not a threat and never have their manhood is not manipulated.

no I married an older MALE GOLD DIGGER. NARC. I lasted 10 months and ran. and he grabbed some $$$$$$s. to be rid of him was a year long stalling with every way he can. it took law enforcement to be rid him long after the divorce. the time with him was rabid rages, destruction, and SABOTAGE. FYI my narc husband was a "35 yr sober" AAA. aka dry drunk. I respected his sobriety until I lived with it. at the end of the divorce he blew out on pain killers and morphine. driving higher that I could ever believe possible. did he own his break? hell no. he mimicked the message of the 12 steps, and used it like a cult leader. The AA meetings were has hunting grounds. for women.... and his enablers and flying monkeys. I cut ties with all of it for my safety. absolute heartless cold evil predator. also beyond my comprehension. my father was an evil criminally abusive Narc. and I have never seen anyone die so terrified!!!!!!!!!! he broke my mother... and shattered and damaged all of us kids.
