I can’t help crying when listening to this song. I picture my grandparents, as they were, immigrants in a foreign country. They only made it because they had each other, even though they had their fair share of problems.

I love him singing that song because I love that song and I love his voice and the way he sang it. Telly Savalas was a smooth man. I can listen to him sing this song over and over and over again 💖💖🎶🎶🎤🎤

Telly has recorded some nice songs but this ISN'T one of them. Nice backing by the late John Cacavas.

The only decent thing in the movie which was poorer than poor. John Cacavas is always excellent. Lyrics were by the legendary Don Black.

Same, my late grandfather, on my father's side, who was a fan of Mr Savalas as KOJAK, discovered the PANCHO VILLA movie with me and loved both the movie and Mr SAVALAS's song... Respect for you Sir. Miss you grand pa... Regards from France Patrick
