If you install the yellow bobbin upside down, will that make the automatic deployment inoperable? Pull cord only? The white packing faces the green and red collars to function. So... backwards? Will it assemble? And be able to work in a wet, rainy environment? Pull cord only deployed?

Can you describe your boat symptoms you were facing? I have been chasing a fuel restriction for YEARS in my 97 150 V60. Compression is fine so i'm not sure this could fix my issue, but i'll try anything at this point! My boat will run for 2-3 minutes after pumping the primer bulb. then die. Very consistent and reliably, but its unuseable currently.

What would you do if the latch is in the locked position and the t handle broke off? lol

Just curious if the head gasket fixed the running issues? I’ve spent all summer maroooned with same rough running issues. I’ve replaced so many parts with no success. Head gasket must be next. Lol
