It's from Voluspa (Prophecy of the Seeress in Poetic Edda), stanza 45.: "Skeggöld, skalmöld, skildir ro klofnir, vindöld, vargöld, áðr veröld steypisk; mun engi maðr öðrum þyrma. " in Henry Adams Bellows' translation: "Axe-time, sword-time, | shields are sundered, Wind-time, wolf-time, | ere the world falls; Nor ever shall men | each other spare."

What is the name of the string instrument? I love that sound and it kind of reminds of another instrument... I can't think of the name. The other instrument was used in a few Dead Can Dance pieces. If anyone knows the name, please help, I'd like to build one some day.

It's a bowed lyre or Jouhikko or Taglharpa. I'm not 100% on whether there is a distinction or if that's the same instrument in different languages. The Dead Can Dance instrument I think you're thinking of is a Hurdy Gurdy.

This company is an absolute disgrace. This comment will probably be deleted because they clearly can’t take criticism. The gear is great however their customer service is absolutely unacceptable. Got the cloak for pre ordered in early November for Christmas present and still no sign of it whatsoever and no reply’s to email. They say we are a small company and can’t afford staff to email. Well how come they can afford to make videos like this that was made a few days ago. We work for a living and you should expect to get what you pay for with you hard earned cash. How come they have time to update there social media and continue to do sales and they say they don’t have the staff. Absolute cowboys and the person that runs this company speaks to there customers in a childish manner and can’t take reasonable criticism for unacceptable service. It’s ok though they gave me a 15 pound voucher to spend on further items but can’t even deliver the cloak that costs well over 100 pounds or give a minute of their time or an ounce of respect or courtesy and reply to my email. Whatever you do, do not use this company under any circumstances! I have a suspicion the company is going bankrupt because they can’t keep up there demand. I think they are trying to offload as much stuff as they can and the liquidate themselves leave us all out of pocket. I will never buy from them again. Buyers be aware.

There customer service is good enough for me. Weird that i got a mail back🤔😝 there service looks fine to me. If i need to ask something i just DM them or email them and have patients! Than after a couple hours i got a mail back. Btw its a bit weird to cry about bad experience with a company under a music video.

RutgerH there was no other option to get in touch with them they certainly didn’t get back to me DM. At the end of the day it’s a lot of hard money I spent on the product to have absolutely no corespondents and to get a generic email saying do I want a voucher is outrageous. This was months down the line. The only way I got the money back was by taking up a dispute with the bank. I certainly won’t be using them again. A good company would just have the bottle to admit they are wrong and give you a refund
