I actually really like the idea that if you chrome too much, instead of going psycho, you instead become a cyber ghoul. In thrall to the vampire overlord. Mixing the psychosis and body mod dangers of the cyberpunk genre with the succession and creation of vampires and servants.

You used AI to create this? That means you have no copyright. Sucks to suck.

I'm interested in how exactly you can be the copyright owner of music that AI made for you. Which AI did you use?

@SolamnusSynthwave23 күн бұрын
Suno AI! The playlists themselves were assembled using some custom software I wrote.

1:59:05 What song is that, I tried everything but can't find it...
@SolamnusSynthwave23 күн бұрын
You won't find any of these songs anywhere besides this channel, because I created all of them especially for these playlists. Most of them don't even have names. However, some of them I have made into standalone videos, though. The one you're referring to is called "Puppetmaster" and you can find it here as a single: kzbin.info/www/bejne/bKSWf6ZrodOcp5Y

@@SolamnusSynthwave Ah I understand! Thank you so much! I do love and respect your work, but sometime I also like to listen to just one song over and over again, and if I had to try playing this song out of the mix every few minutes it would be exhausting. So the fact that a single like that exists is such a relief! Thank you once again!

so you created with AI. I made pizza with ordering it from a restaurant.
@SolamnusSynthwave23 күн бұрын
Invalid analogy for a number of reasons.
@zsoltbartus16923 күн бұрын
@SolamnusSynthwave right. The restaurant does NOT steal everything they are working with.
@SolamnusSynthwave23 күн бұрын
Right, but the restaurant *did* buy every recipe they use that somebody else taught them, right? Like pizza, lasagna, hamburgers, pasta alfredo, caesar salad...They came up with all of those on their own, independently, and didn't learn that information from *anybody* else before using it, right? These irrational anti-AI arguments are so tiresome and ignorant. Take a step back from your pre-conceived position and actually think it through. How do musicians learn to play music? Typically, by listening to other music. Did they pay to hear it? Did they pay to remember it? No. And yet you seem to think this is somehow different from that.
@SFtheWolf22 күн бұрын
@@SolamnusSynthwave real musicians have a lifetime of cultural and personal context which factors into all of their creative decisions, as opposed to all of those decisions being based on stochastic likelihood. real musicians are also capable of more than just extrapolating existing (usually stolen) data. the argument that all inspiration works the same way that AI does falls apart when you look at just how naively AI interpolates this information, often leaving telltale entire chunks of the source intact. actual machine learning researchers are constantly pointing out that just because they use words like "neuron" it doesn't mean that it's a simulation of how a brain actually functions. it's cool that you put this playlist together, but all you really did was ask a server farm to scrape a bunch of existing synthwave music, then put it in a blender and sort the pieces based on how similar they looked. you aren't even the restaurant in this analogy, suno is. they made the actual algorithm whose creative validity you're arguing for, so if anyone's an artist in this transaction it's the engineers developing it. you're more like a customer ordering a commission.
