She is right. Why airline isn’t restricting huge carry-on? Why isn’t that person own luggage space isn’t enough? To people who are saying why is it bothering her. Someone’s bag is there and they can come to retrieve some stuff out of his/her bag and disrupt her quiet time. That’s unacceptable. I had a flight where one asshole kept his bag above my seat and disrupted my sleep in night flight 3 times.

She is right. Why people are carrying huge carry-ons that the space they have above their seat isn’t enough. Blame the airline as well for not restricting carry-on size

Honestly, he was entitled for taking advantage of business class, and she stood her ground. Buy business class if you want to sit and use business class. Imagine paying 3-5x the price and seeing some dude paid far less and didn't pay to check his bag puts his oversize carry on above you. They are probably still boarding for all we know.
