Nobody seems to be reading mono/il2cpp documentations which is entirely different from the unity documentations you are referring to. If that was the case I wouldn't be getting 100+ questions on how to mod unity in c++ on forums but ok what do I know? 🤷🏽‍♂️

If you can manage to get the game to run without the anti cheat and gather offsets you would just need to make a driver. However you can no longer hook obviously

Pass a void* so you dont have to create a new class if its asking for an optional. Or find somewhere in memory that stores that class instance and save it to a void*

On IDA use sigmaker to create a code or ida pattern and use some basic memory library and pattern scan the module to see if it contains the sequence of bytes you are looking for
