Your basilisk lizards are great! Calm, social with each other and basically free- but they stay! My obsession is the agama picticaudas. Love these smart lizards. They’re also very social with each other. I love that.

So I forgot to say how much you inspired me. I’m having a hard time committing to a caged lizard. The agamas are wild. I’m attempting to befriend and tame them, but I’ve never tried to touch them. It took a few months before I could look them in the eye! If I can get them real friendly, I won’t need a lizard in the house! Did you catch yours? Do you think the training/taming must begin with a caged animal?

No I monitor the temperatures inside the tent and the tents are inside the air conditioning. I made sure to get a lower wattage heat lightbulb.
