I don't know if you noticed it , but from the beginning of the song until before the main verse , you can relate Beyonce's singing style to Sia's . Then , Beyonce strikes with her new tropical singing style and it returns as first

This demo that everyone treats as the final version clearly needed a final edition at 3:39, when Beyoncé adlibs comes from nowhere and remains on the background, when they should be at the main part, like the live version.
