partition vs heavenly judgement do the level 4 digimon that come out get hit with the effs too
@_TCTree_Ай бұрын
They do not. Heaven's Judgement has to completely finish resolving before the Digimon with Partition would be destroyed for having 0 DP. At that point, Partition would trigger and play out the specified source cards. But this is all after Heaven's Judgement has finished resolving

Honestly stumped on this one! Can't seem to catch the problem. Is "all good" a valid answer TwT

Haha, not this time at least, definitely something wrong 👀

@@_TCTree_ Shared it on a group and within SECONDS someone got it, thats a sneaky ass detail but I do love how many red herrings you tried to throw in.

My guess is that GranKuwagumon ACE can target the Rapidmons but cannot lock them down cause the effect requires the cards to become suspended by it uwu
@_TCTree_4 ай бұрын
Yep! 👍 Good catch! Certainly easy to overlook, especially since MegaGargomon Ace works differently.

Just confirming, you’re a judge right?
@_TCTree_4 ай бұрын
Yes, I am a Lvl 1 judge for Digimon.
@SheruMuko4 ай бұрын
Does it have to do with the Awakening skipping a level in the Rapidmon? Rapidmon is a level 4 but it digivolved into a level 6.
@_TCTree_4 ай бұрын
Good Guess! But nope, the phrase "ignoring its digivolution requirements" means it ignores the levels, so you can go from a level 4 to a level 6, even though usually Magna X can't Evo over Rapidmon.
@SheruMuko4 ай бұрын
@@_TCTree_ Then what is the answer? Is it the De-Digivolve? At what timing does the immunity wear off is the question now. If it was still active when the removal kicked in then that would have been an illegal move. If it wasn’t active then I am out of guesses.
@_TCTree_4 ай бұрын
Nope, not the De-Digivolve, and the Magna X immunity wears off at the start of Tai's turn. It doesn't have to do with any of the cards mentioned so far, I'd encourage you to read each card again closely. It's something that's easy to misread the first time.

Think I found it has to do with vikemon

That one might be a strategic mistake, but as far as the rules are concerned, nothing was broken 😉

What about partition and DP reduction? My understanding is that DP reduction doesn't count as leaving the battle area.
@GORDONJ..015 ай бұрын
He mentioned it at the beginning of explaining partition. It was brief but he did mention dp reduction
@_TCTree_5 ай бұрын
I did briefly mention it, but just to make it clearer, being deleted for having 0 DP will trigger partition. DP reduction doesn't count as "being deleted by an effect", because the game rules are deleting it, and that might be what you are remembering. But being deleted by DP reduction will always count as "leaving the battle area"
@benjaminwiseman65675 ай бұрын
@@_TCTree_ that's strange because I could have sworn with Brigadramon having that inheritable, he still couldn't escape DP reduction.
@_TCTree_5 ай бұрын
In that case, the reason the inheritable won't save him isn't because it doesn't count as "leaving the battlefield" It's because even if you do use the inheritable effect, the DP reduction will still remain. So even though it prevented it from leaving the battlefield once, the game will still see that Brigadramon has 0 DP and delete it again.
@benjaminwiseman65675 ай бұрын
@@_TCTree_ I see. So partition gets around that because that Digimon is no longer around to have 0 DP.
