@@misu3119 thanks 🙏. I've just been getting into sleep token. I'm totally obsessed with their music. I'm from Australia, and in April they are touring with the band bring me the horizon. I just can't wait to see both of those bands. I am also keen to see vessel, he's voice is heavenly.

this only works to an extent. if the audio file is too complicated it won't take all the notes

After extracting MIDI from audio track I've done pitch correction & now I want to invert the whole process so that the audio with errors gets automatically fixed. Kindly tell me how to reverse the process.

when I try this method with a guitar playing chords it sounds horrible. How do you do chords to midi and make it play chords and sound halfway decent?

I've tried to program a similar type of thing where it could extract the pitch of the note I was playing on my bass. I'm assuming this plugin uses the same principle I was going for where it detects the pitch of the note and compares it to the known frequencies of notes. The problem with chords is, they also have a pitch. To the human ear, you can hear the different pitches, but to the computer, it's one number. And the computer won't know if that number represents a chord or a single note. The best bet is to play the root notes of your chord, extract those, then add in the other notes after.

All these years I didn't know about this?! I play with an original rock trio and now I can make the bass and guitar tracks into MIDI in a heartbeat too? I do the mixing so I now have countless ways to have fun with sounds! Thanks so much for the video!

With this, could I take a track I recorded by playing an .spc file for a song from Secret of Mana in Winamp's Alpha II chiptune player and convert that to midi? If I have the tracks spliced (say I want to combine tracks from Secret of Mana and Chrono Trigger into each other to make a continuous 'mashed-up' song) would I be able to make those into Midi? Can it analyze a full channel track (as in I have not muted specific instruments in the chip player) and convert the synth, drums, etc?

Very good tut indeed, but when I extracted a hard quantised kick drum audio track to midi, the quantise (in the new midi track) was all over the place, plus it had acquired some extra notes above and below the kick drum. Any ideas? Many thanks.

Thx vor this Video. But it doesnt work with my cubase; it extracts a lot of BS but not the Notes i recorded before...Its totally different and there are a lot of more notes then the original audio :( What could the problem be? may u can help me. THX a lot :)
