The possibility of more than one Slayer at a time was introduced with Kendra in Season 2, and continued with Faith. In many ways, it was Buffy who was the anomalous 'extra' Slayer, as the line of Slayers continued in the usual fashion after her death at the end of Season 1, so she definitely could hang around as a mentor figure to a younger incumbent. This is also the most likely explanation for why a 3rd Slayer wasn't called when she died again in Season 5 - there can be multiple Slayers, but only one active line of descent. All bets being off as to how the finale setup plays out. But yes, this will be ghastly.

She did an amazing jobb with hte character, i would love to see more with her in that character too. She knows just how good Hugh Jackmans Wolverine is, no one in in their right mind would even think of the idea of "replacing" him. The moment an actor / actress choose to verbalize anything resemblinga a replacement to Hugh Jackmans Wolverine, the fans would not have it and the actor / actress would instantly have made a bad rep for themselves in the business. A smart actress like Dafne Keen understand this and she show respect to the beleoved actor, character and fans responding like that. Another thing is, Hugh Jackman and Dafne Keen probably became close shooting Logan, they have many scenes together so she would never do him dirty like that.

There was a cartoon in the 90’s of Back to the Future which was neat, and Tom Holland as Marty would be neat. SpiderMan did multiverse stuff, and Rick and Morty is an homage to it….
