I ran through a pair of the Adidas Terrex Agravic Pro Trails with the Continental grip, and I must say that it does have an exceptional grip for this type of shoe. It was noticeably more grippy than my previous shoes. And while the shoe was not Gore-Tex and made no claims of being any level of water resistant, I found that the material (which is the same on the Skychaser) was very water resistant and always kept my feet dry. I now use the Skychaser 2.0 GTX as my everyday shoes for work, which requires daily treks on both urban and natural terrain no matter the weather. On certain days, I want something taller and more boot like, and on those days, I wear the Adidas Free Hiker 2.0, which I purchased on the same day I bought the Skychasers. The stability of the Terrex Agravic Pro Trail with the BOA lacing was phenomenal! It wraps around your foot like a python, even if you don't tighten the laces! I never felt a shoe that supported my feet and ankles so well, but for me, it was too tight! I got used to it because the daily performance of the shoe was so good otherwise! Both the Agravic Pro Trail and the Skychaser 2.0 have unbelievable spring to them and feel light as a feather while also feeling very supportive. That said, I prefer the Skychaser because it's not as tight and easier to take on and off.

How does wax enhance the breath ability of the jacket? Wax usually makes it less breathable.

Really poor boot, not waterproof at all, the mesh tears easily on the toebox, and the sole can start coming away from the shoe as soon as after one year after purchase. Are you sure you even tested this shoe?

Ive owned 3 pairs. Great shoe but they tend to split where your toes articulate after 18 months (this has happened on every pair). Salewa wont honour warrenty post Brexit, but Amazon will! 2 year warranty not lifetime as mentioned. I will continue to buy them irrespective of the above points. You can often get them under £100! Order 1/2 size up as they are narrow.

They need to come out with more of these two tone colored blues. All their recent navy colored bags are a solid navy colored with black. This bag has a nice two tone blue with black as well. Come on north face!! Also they have reflective accents on the front of the bag which I don’t see anymore on their newer bags as well.

Hello sir. Can I wash my highline jacket with normal liquid detergent and put it on washing machine for drying? in slow spin. Cuz some part of my highline jackets have a spot absorbing water. So do i need to wash it to become waterproof again? I don't have DWR spray. But because of GTT on highline jacket, I guess, there's no need to use DWR right?

I tried out my Merrell walking shoes in light rain where even just walking through wet grass meant my feet were just totally sodden- it is GoreTex for me - ill keep the merrels just for dry days ! they said they will not give any refund and that you must re-proof them with niqwax on a regular basis

I just listed this stove new in box on eBay.

I like it, but it demonstrates the rabbit hole all advanced medically trained persons fall into, carrying too much equipment. Rule one is everyone carries their own medical kit! Advanced medical supplies should be distributed amongst the team. For example, SAM splints (2) should be carried by two team members. Unless the mountain leader is also an advanced medical person, they are legally not allowed to distribute medicine. Although, it is my opinion every mountain guide should be a Wilderness EMT as a minimum.

These videos never seem to highlight any of the drawbacks of the products. It's a long list of features which is fine and can be gotten from the website but I'd rather see an actual review, what the negatives are, how it performs etc. Rather than just reviewing it empty with the tags still on. For example the small section at the top, I've seen other brands coat the inside with microfibre in case you put your sunglasses in there, this pack doesn't have that. It's just a small example but I always feel as though the reviewer has been given this for free and is inevitably waxing about how great it is.

I have the older version of this pack bought it cheap to sell on but the specs and comfort of this are excellent and as good as some of my newer Osprey bags, so ive decided to keep it.

Why did you change the footbed? My mom and I each bought us a new pair of Merrells last summer (2023) but the footbed has been changed, and don't fit our feet anymore. We have used the "Terran" model for several years, but suddenly we're are not able to fit your sandals?? 😢🩴
